A Message to Parents

Dear Parents,

First sign of spring at Cathedral: the baseball breakfast is Sunday April 3 from 8-12 in the CHS Commons. Tickets are available at the door or from any baseball player.

The Softball team is once again selling flowers (and tomato plants) this spring.  An athlete may come and sell to you, but if they don't and you are interested, please stop in the Activities Office to order.
Patio pots, flats, hanging baskets, tomato plants and potted plants are all available.  Orders are due by April 22nd and the flowers arrive on May 4th (right in time for Mother's Day!).

Spring conferences are this Thursday evening (Mar. 31), 4:00 to 7:00 pm. We'll mail out the remaining report cards on Friday.

Clarification on a couple of dates: the spring musical Little Women will be May 5, 6, & 7; Jr/Sr Prom is May 14; and Celebration of Seasons is April 30.

There is no teacher inservice on April 4.  Originally, this inservice was scheduled for after school in preparation for our accreditation visit, but we had plenty of time to do this prep last Thursday.

There is an ACT prep class next week for juniors.  If your junior is interested and hasn't signed up, there is room for a couple more. The class will be taught by Matt Young (math), Fred Rupp (science), Bridget Hamak and Mary Quick (test techniques) and me (English, reading, and writing).

AdvancEd (NCA) Accreditation Visit is April13 and 14
