A Message to Parents

Dear Parents,

A couple corrections:

When you click on the link for the prom pictures, note in the address that it adds %20 at the end for some reason.  Take the %20 off, and it will take you to the pictures.  I'm not sure why that is happening; it's not in the link.

The band and choir teachers changed the time on Thursday's middle school concert: Choir at 6:15 and Band at 7:00 pm.

1. Here is the link to prom pictures taken by Brady Hughes. I expect to hear from David Eickhoff, who also took photos that evening.

From Brady: Parents are free to download or use the images however they wish. They can even order copies from my website at no additional markup.

Thanks so much to the incredible group of parents who showed up at 11:30 for the prom tear-down.  Your help made it all happen in about an hour!  In the past, I have been there until as late as 2:00 am!  Your help and positive energy made quick work of a difficult job.  We also had three students: James Anderson, Cameron Isham, and Daniel Hjort who showed up and worked very hard!

I am also grateful to Nina Steil and her prom committee for their hard work.  Nina graciously took this on, in addition to her leadership for Celebration of Seasons. The gym looked beautiful and the students had a great time.

2. We have three spring concerts coming up.  Tonight is the High School Band Concert at 7:00 pm in Holy Angels.  The Middle School Band/Choir Concert is Thursday in Holy Angels.  The band performs at 6:15 and the choir at 7:15.  The Choir Finale is at 6:00 pm on Sunday in Holy Angels.

3. Senior Parents: if you haven't turned in your letter for Baccalaureate, please, please do that now.  It will be sad if we have seniors who don't receive a letter from parents during Baccalaureate.

4. A reminder that all students will turn in their laptops next week.  There are several pieces that must be turned in at the same time.  Please help your student gather all of those parts and be ready when the turn in time arrives.

4. We keep reminding students to stay focused until the last day, and we appreciate those same messages coming from you.  Seniors have eight days left and the rest of the students have ten.  Our seniors have been reminded that senior pranks are not allowed and may affect their participation in graduation activities.
