It's Catholic Schools Week! Please take the time to speak to a neighbor or family member who has a child who might be a good fit at Cathedral. We know that the best advertising is word-of-mouth, neighbor to neighbor, parent to parent. Our big event for the week is a Catholic Community Schools Liturgy with Bishop Kettler tomorrow at 9:30 am in the North Gym. You are invited and welcome to attend; we'll squeeze you in somewhere among the 2200 students who will be attending.
Parents of Juniors: Once again, we will do some significant (2 full days) test prep before the April ACT test. I went ahead and ordered books for all of the juniors because I saw them for almost half-price ($12 instead of $19.99). The small fee ($15) that we charge for this special prep allows me to purchase a few snacks for the students, and to give each of the teachers a small gift certificate. If you are wondering whether you should sign your student up for one of the test prep offerings that come to you in the mail, it's just not necessary.
