Our first Activity Night for 7th/8th graders is Sept. 22. Basically we open the North Gym from 6:30 to 9:00 pm for student planned activities and games. It's a great fun and safe way to spend a Friday night. We do need parent chaperones. This is an easy duty, primarily maintaining security and watching kids having fun. Volleyball Dig Pink night is Thursday, October 5th. The girls will be playing Little Falls. Players will be selling t-shirts, beads and bags at lunch starting Monday, September 18th. Items will also be available at the game (as supplies last). T-shirts are $12, beads $1 and bags are $5. Proceeds being donated to Coborns Cancer Center. We encourage all fans to wear pink that evening.
The counselors will host a senior parent meeting on Sept. 18 at 7:00 pm in the Media Center (Library). They will give an overview of the college application process, and have a guest speaker on financial aid and FAFSA.

Hello Cathedral Parents and Guardians. I do hope that all enjoyed their summer break.
School is now in full session and it is time once again for our Parent Council Meetings to begin. Our first meeting will be Sept 19th, 11:30 AM in our South Building Conference Room. Our guest speaker will be Lynn Grewing, Cathedral Principal.
I do hope you will be able to attend. If you are unable to attend yet would like to join our Parent Council(some benefits include supporting our Cathedral Stafff with inservices, Conference Meals, monthly staff appreciation treats, parent education speakers, means of maintaining and yet making a difference on our children's lives), please contact me and I would be happy to assist you in becoming a member.
