Thank you for the positive response to our upcoming Jeep Raffle! We still are hoping to have every family purchase one ticket. We are selling 800 raffle tickets for a new Jeep Renegade as part of our Campaign for Cathedral's new building. The drawing will be May 10, at a "Sip and See" event from 5-8 pm sponsored by The Grands at Mulligans. Tickets for the car raffle and other prizes are $100. We are not requiring that every family take so many raffle tickets to sell, nor are we sending books of tickets home with kids like we used to do with Rockin Round the Clock. But this is a very importand fundraiser, and I hope that every family will purchase at least one ticket. These tickets are available in the Main Office. Thanks especially to Brandl Motors (Joe and Kathy Sexton) and the Grands at Mulligans (Jason and Melissa Becker) for their generous sponsorship of this raffle/event. The "See" part of the event will involve lots of architects' drawings of the layout and facade of the new building. Believe me, these are very exciting to see!
You are invited to the All Saints Academy production of Aladdin, Jr. featuring 5th and 6th grade students from the ASA community. Advanced tickets are on sale right now. Tickets are $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for ages 5-12 and children 4 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the St. Cloud or St. Joseph school campuses, or at the door. Showings are May 11 and 12 at 7:30 pm at the ASA St. Joseph School Building (32 West Minnesota Street, St. Joseph).
I was recently reminded that the best recruitment tool for a school like ours is word-of-mouth. Please take the opportunity to tell Cathedral's story to people you meet at ball games or in the grocery store. We need all families to do a little promoting when you have the chance! We offer a rigorous academic program, combined with faith enrichment, and stellar activities. We are small enough to know and care about every student, and large enough to offer a very strong program.
Our Respect for Life club is having their annual Baby wipes drive. It will run through Monday, May 7th. Items needed are new baby supplies and we will donate all proceeds to birthline.
Summer Camps at Cathedral! Registration for summer camps held here at Cathedral is open! There are camps from those who are 4 years old all the way up to graduating seniors - and, they are open to everyone, not just those associated with Cathedral. Sports camps, craft camps, archery, chess, woodworking, photography, STEM, math games - we have lots of the favorites back along with 15 brand new camps! Please visit

An important reminder: the priority deadline for scholarship applications for the 2018-2019 school year was April 15th. We anticipate a high demand for scholarships this year so it is important to submit your application immediately. Students must be fully registered and have a signed 2018-2019 Tuition Agreement Form with registration fee in order to be considered for scholarship. Families can apply for scholarship at https://sssbynais.force.com/familyportal/familylogin. At the conclusion of the scholarship application, 2017 1040 tax documents, W2's, and 1099's (if applicable) must be uploaded on the scholarship application to be considered. Applications submitted and completed after April 15th will only be considered this summer after the priority deadline scholarships have been awarded.
