A Message from the Principal

Dear Parents,

Our first Middle School Activity Night is this Friday, Nov. 14. In an earlier message, I mistakenly said it was Nov. 17. We need parent chaperones for this activity.

Ready or not..... our first snow day certainly came earlier than any of us expected! Please make sure that your son/daughter logs into each class and gets their lessons and assignments. All lessons and directions will be posted by 10:00 am.

Tonight's parent/teacher conferences will be postponed until this Thursday (Nov. 13) evening, 4-7 pm.

Our first middle school Activity Night is next Friday, Nov. 14, 6:30 - 9:30 pm in the North Gym. We provide a safe evening for our 7th and 8th grade students. They can play basketball, volleyball, 4-square, or dance.

Our book of "remembrance" will be in the main foyer of school during the month of November. You may come in and sign, or send us the name(s) of any one you would like placed in our book. You may include a name(s), and also a short prayer or message.

The Jostens representative will be here to show class rings to sophomores at 7:45 am on Wednesday (Nov. 12) morning in the cafeteria. There will be information for students to bring home.

Volunteer(s) are needed to help replace tags on computer bags. The commitment would involve working at Cathedral for 2 to 8 days, depending on the project progress. Please contact KarenMeinzat:kmeinz@cathedralcrusaders.orgor 257-2144 for more information or to volunteer your time.

We are currently sending out invitations to Grandparents Day, which is Nov. 26 (day before Thanksgiving). If your child's grandparents have registered with us in the past, they will get an invitation. We need the addresses of any new grandparents who should get an invitation.

All students have received information about our Magazine Fundraiser. Profits from these magazine sales go directly to our Activities Department.
Click hereto order. Cathedral's code is 2610541.
