The usual first-hint-of-spring annual Baseball Breakfast is this Sunday in our Cafeteria. Serving is from 8:00 to 12:00
and tickets are $8 for adults; $5 for students; 5 and under are free.
Contact any baseball player for tickets or purchase them at the door.
important reminder: if you haven't completed the Tuition Agreement form
for next year, your child's registration is not complete. Students have
completed and submitted their course registration forms here at school,
but registration is not final until we have the tuition agreement
paperwork. You may complete this paperwork online. Just click on the
online registration button on the front page of our website: www.cathedralcrusaders.org.
You may also print out the form and send or bring it in. We are
already working on next year's schedule. Students who are not fully
registered may not get into their first choice classes, so it is very
important that parents take care of this step.
Global Issues class will be traveling to the Dominican Republic later
this spring. Baseball is very popular there because they have spring
training for some MLB teams there. The students are looking for new or
gently used shirts, hats, gloves, baseballs/softballs, and sweatshirts
that they will give to the needy. Check around your household or
consider purchasing an item for this worthwhile drive. The students
will be collecting items in bins in the Commons or Mr. McMorrow's room
(C116) until Friday, March 20.
parents received a mailing about Cathedral's ACT prep sessions (next
week). The class is already over half full. If your student wants to
participate in these sessions, be sure to send in your registration ASAP
because the class is filling up fast.
I hope everyone is making plans to attend Celebration of Seasons on April 25.
It is so important that the whole community supports this important
fundraiser. This is Cathedral's big event, and it benefits so many of
our student activities.
