A Message to Parents

Dear Parents,

As we approach the time to turn in laptops, please make sure that your student has all of the extra pieces that originally came with the laptop. These include the case and pocket, the case strap, the power adapter, a duckhead, and an extension cord. Students will be charged for missing pieces.
Students had a great evening at Cathedral's prom on Saturday night. Thanks to all of the parents who helped out with both the decorating and the dismantling. Brady Hughes and David Eickhoff both took many pictures of the evening and they are available on their websites. Brady's is www.bradyhughs.com.
If you are the parent of a senior who has received a scholarship either from an organization or from his/her intended college, please let us know if that scholarship should be announced at our Awards Assembly. We receive notification of many of these scholarships, but once in awhile we are not notified, and we would hate to leave anybody out. Do not assume that we have information that you received. Please call the Guidance Office, or contact Bridget Hamak at bhamak@cathedralcrusaders.org to check.
A message from Matt Young:

My name is Matt Young, and I’ve been teaching math at Cathedral for 3+ years. I’ve taught classes ranging from 7th grade Pre-Algebra to senior-level AP Calculus. I will be available this summer as a tutor for hire for students looking to improve their current math skills or to learn new skills in preparation for next year. If you are interested and would like more details (including hourly rates), please email me at myoung@cathedralcrusaders.org.Space is limited!

Thanks, and have a great summer!

It's never too late to join orchestra. If your student has an interest in the violin, viola, cello, or bass, please encourage them to consider joining orchestra next year.
