Activities Update - 1/18/13

The Girls' Basketball team moved to 7-1 in conference play with a 51-44 win over Princeton last night.  Jenna Januschka led the way with 14 points.  Sophie Harris and Erin Stocker each had nine points and Natalie Barron pulled down seven rebounds for the Crusaders (10-5 overall).

Mitch Fritz, Austin Poganski and Will Hammer each had a hat trick as the Boys' Hockey team beat Becker/Big Lake 12-1.  Poganski added four assists for a seven-point night.  Zach Fritz stopped 13 shots for the win in net for the Crusaders (11-6).

The Tech/Cathedral Boys' Swim team lost to Sartell 106-80 in a very competitive meet.

And, the Tech/Cathedral Gymnastics team beat Brainerd 145.475 - 136.825.  CHS Paige Beuning won on the beam with a score of 9.35.

Today:

The Nordic Skiers are on their way to the Little Falls Invite this morning - being held in Brainerd.

And, the Boys' Basketball team hosts Becker in the North Gym at 7:30pm.

Tomorrow:

The Breakaways Alpine Ski team is at Giant's Ridge in Biwabik for a meet.

The Knowledge Bowl team heads across the river to Sauk Rapids.

The Girls' Basketball team takes on Melrose at St. John's University at 11am.

The Tech/Cathedral Boys' Swim and Dive Team hosts the True Team section meet at Tech at 2pm.

And, the Boys' Hockey team travels to Mound-Westonka for a 3pm face-off.

Also - The Sno-Daze Dance is tomorrow night - everyone have fun and stay safe!
