activities update - 4/27/12

Eric Pelant threw a no-hitter last night as the Baseball team moved to 7-1overall with a 7-1 win over Zimmerman. Eric struck out five Zimmerman batters en-route to the no-no, the first of his career.

The Softball team came from behind to beat Zimmerman 13-6. Carolyn Gruenes drove in three runs for the Crusaders (5-4) who trailed 6-1 in the game.

The Boys' Tennis team beat Minnewaska 7-0. Ian Walesch played at #1 singles for the first time and won in straight sets.

And, the St. Cloud Area Girls' Lacrosse team lost to Mound-Westonka 10-6.

Today:

GREASE opens tonight and runs through the weekend in Holy Angels. Shows are at 7pm tonight, 2pm and 7pm tomorrow and 2pm on Sunday. Tickets are available until 4pm today in the CHS main office and at the door for all performances.

The Track and Field teams are at the Hutchinson Relays today.

The Softball team crosses the river for a 5pm game at Sauk Rapids.

And, the St. Cloud Area Girls' Lacrosse team is at Elk River at 6:30pm.

Tomorrow:

The Boys' Golf Team is at the Staples Invite.
