Activities Update - 5/18/12

It's Senior Life Skills Day here at CHS - always a great day!

Yesterday, the Girls' Golf team clinched the Granite Ridge Conference title yesterday, winning both nines of an 18 hole event at Milaca.  CHS swept the all-conference honors with Greta Egerman, Lucy Gaetz, Kelsey Osendorf, Erin Stocker and Ann Berdan earning the honors.

Kyle Haag fired a 36 to earn medalist honors as the Boys' Golf team won the Granite Ridge meet at Foley.  The Crusaders carded a team 155 - two shots better than Little Falls.

The Boys' Tennis team advanced to the section semifinals with a 5-2 quarterfinal win over New London-Spicer.  Jon Chalupsky had a thrilling three-set win at #4 singles - 1-6, 6-1, 7-6.  The Crusaders meet top-seed Fergus Falls in the section semis at 10am on Tuesday at St. Ben's.

The Girls' Lacrosse team lost to Buffalo 18-9.

And, the Boys' Lacrosse team evened their record at 6-6 with a 6-3 win over Buffalo.


The Boys' Golf team spends today and tomorrow at the Detroit Lakes East-West Invite.

The Softball team opens section play at Holdingford at 4:30pm.

And, the Boys' Lacrosse team hosts Holy Family at 6:30pm at Husky Stadium.


The Baseball team plays in the Kurt Langer tourney in New Munich - taking on Melrose at 10am and Little Falls at 2pm.

And Sunday:

The CHS Choirs have the Finale' Concert in Holy Angels at 7pm.
