Busy night last night:
The Boys' Soccer team moved to 9-0-2 on the year with a 3-1 win over conference rival Little Falls. Charlie Schuweiler, Phil Ruegemer and Hayden Speaks scored the CHS goals.
The Girls' Soccer team beat the Flyers 3-0. Mo Schroeder recored the shutout in goal for the Crusaders.
The Girls' Tennis team lost to New London-Spicer 4-3 in a match that featured three third-set tiebreakers. The Crusaders have now played nine 4-3 matches this year.
The CHS/SJP Girls' Swim and Dive team lost to Little Falls 97-76. For the Crusaders: Lily Johnson won the 50 and 500 yard freestyles, Sophie Titus finished first in the 100 freestyle and Loundy Silkman won the 100 backstroke.
And, the Volleyball team moved to 6-2 in conference play with a swift 3-0 win over Princeton. Scores were 25-16, 25-16, 25-10. Hannah Holien had 13 digs for CHS and Sophie Harris recorded 21 set assists for the Crusaders.
The Football team travels to Princeton for a 7pm kickoff. If you can't make the game, you can hear it live on AM-660, The Bear.
Tomorrow is our busiest Saturday of the year:
The Girls' Tennis team is at the Granite Ridge Conference meet in Foley.
The Volleyball team heads to the Pierz Invite.
The Boys' and Girls' Cross-Country teams compete in the Roy Griak Invite at the University of Minnesota.
The CHS/SJP Girls' Swim and Dive team is at the Buffalo Invite.
The Girls' Soccer team is at Alexandria for a 1pm match.
The Boys' Soccer team hosts the Cardinals at 1pm at Whitney. It is Senior Day for the Crusaders.
And, the Cathedral Bowling team has a conference doubleheader at Great River Bowl at 1:30pm.
