Welcome to the Cathedral High School application process. The following two documents will begin the process for admission to our school. After you have completed these forms please schedule an appointment with Rebecca Brown-Medvec in the Admissions Office. During the meeting, your student may take a math placement test and parents will go over curriculum, tuition and our scholarship process. Thank you for your interest in CHS!
