Supporting their passion, discovering their gifts
January 16th at Cathedral is a workshop day for teachers and school is not in session. Yet when you peek into the Engineering Lab at Cathedral you see five students clearly engaged, clearly having fun!
At 4:05 p.m. on December 22nd, the last day of school before Christmas break, a similar scene occurred when four of our young women were also learning about Engineering and the take-down and set-up of one of the machines.
Kudos to Dcn Jim Trout and the other members of the Cathedral faculty helping all students explore their interests and passion. And helping them to discover their gifts, whatever they may be.
It is the programming and teaching delivered by our teachers within the buildings at Cathedral that truly makes the difference. Our goal now is to provide these excellent teachers with excellent facilities.
