ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT STEPS:
This application completes the first step in the enrollment process at Cathedral. The following steps are required prior to scheduling the Skype interview:
Please submit the following materials:
- Transcripts from the past two years
- Two Teacher Recommendation Letters
- English Proficiency Exam Score (TOEFL [code 6754] TOEFL Jr/IELTS/or similar)
- Copy of Passport Biography page
- International Student Background Questions

The following items will be needed once you are accepted to complete your enrollment:
Tuition Payment Agreement Tuition is set by the school's Board of Directors in December of each year. For details on current and future tuition, please log on to our web site at www.cathedralcrusaders.org. Tuition contracts, mailed to the student's family by Cathedral, must be signed and returned to the school at the time students register for classes.
Foreign Certificate of Finances In order for Cathedral to issue the I-20 for the student to obtain their F-1 visa, the family is required to show that there is sufficient finances to cover one year of tuition and living costs.
Students are officially enrolled once they have returned the completed registration materials, including the Tuition Payment Agreement, and the registration fee is paid.
