Knowledge Bowl

Welcome to Cathedral Knowledge Bowl!

We are excited that you are interested in being part of our club

2017:  There will be a parent and student meeting for all 9th -12th graders interested in joining Knowledge Bowl this year on Monday, December 4th at 6:30pm in the Conference Room.

Knowledge Bowl is a program designed to fulfill the need for student to more fully develop useful lifelong skills such as memory recall, critical thinking, socialization, and cooperation in a small-group setting. Students will participate through teams (usually six students) interaction in answering questions relating to a variety of academic subjects. As a team, they compete against other area teams to answer a series of questions at a Knowledge Bowl Meet. A typical meet consists of about 12-36 teams held at area junior high and high schools.  High School Knowledge Bowl is open to any 9th-12th graders.

High School Knowledge Bowl season is from January-March. Practices are held on Thursday's during 9th hour in the Conference Room.

Students must register for Knowledge Bowl by clicking on “Online Registration.” There is a  $95 fee for Knowledge Bowl.
