Dear CCS Faculty, Staff, Families, and Greater Community,
Our CCS Board of Directors remains committed to maintaining a smooth transition in keeping the formation and learning of students without disruption. Since Mr. Warzecha’s resignation, the Executive Committee has partnered with Casey Breen of Escale Advisors and has established a Transitional Leadership Team.
Please join our team in thanking Scott for his years of leadership and service, as his guidance has made a strong impact on our system. We pray for God’s continued blessings for him and his family and wish him only the best in his new adventure.
Our role as the Transitional Leadership Team is to continue to move forward, as there is no time to lose momentum. We will assist the Board in setting direction, establishing culture, and aligning the organization towards a common purpose. We will be working together to set priorities and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
We will not be making decisions in isolation; our primary charge will be “air traffic control” of any issues in the coming months and prioritizing the issues that will need to be addressed to prepare CCS to go to market for its next leader.
The formation of our team does not change any of the current management teams. The Principals Team and the Central Office Team will continue to meet and operate as they have been.
As we navigate through this transition period, we welcome your prayers and thank you for your support as we continue to live out the mission of Catholic Community Schools.
Sincerely in Christ,
The CCS Transitional Leadership Team
David Fremo, Superintendent of Catholic Schools/CCS Executive Committee
David Eickhoff, Vice President of Catholic Community Schools
Kelly Kirks, Principal (St. Mary Help of Christians School)
Kathy Crispo, Principal (Cathedral High School)
